FEATURES
– Electro-welded structure with base
– The equipment is served by n°3 circular vibrators and n°1 linear vibrator
– The linear vibrator loads the metal bodies, and the 3 circular ones load steel bushing, polymer bushing and o-ring
– A scara robot positions the parts to be assembled in the assembly station,
the presence of all the details is checked using an optical viewer,
and then the sleeve is assembled, finally unloaded on the unloading belt
