FEATURES
The base of the machine is fixed on an electro-welded structure.
The machine is an 8-position rotary table, enslaved by 1 circular vibrator and 1 linear vibrator to feed the plastic body,
on the machine there are 4 MVE pick and place, for the loading/unloading of the parts, the plastic body, the membrane, the lamination and the unloading of the assembled piece,
for loading the membrane we have a manually loaded accumulation warehouse for 650 membranes, which can also be refilled while the machine is working
the lamination storage magazine is made up of a 6-position rotary table for 380 laminations, this magazine can also be loaded while the machine is working
once loaded, all the pieces are fixed with an ultrasonic welding machine and then unloaded on the good/scrap chute
