FEATURES
The base of the machine is composed of an electro-welded structure with a base.
The machine is served by 5 circular vibrators, 2 linear vibrators.
The manual loading station is made up of two belts, one for loading the lid and the other for loading the tray-holder body positioned on the base,
the belts enter the machine where there are two stations for loading the cells, the first station consists of an 8-position rotary table, for orienting the pilot cell, control with a video camera and tightening of 2 screws with a MVE electric screwdriver,
followed by a scara robot loads 5 into the socket, in the second station there is a rotary table with 8 positions to orient the phase and earth socket, checks it with a camera and tightens a screw with an MVE electric screwdriver, then a scara robot loads 2 into the socket,
continuing a pick and place MVE loads the closing lid, at the end of the tape there is a station that tightens the 3 screws of the lid with an MVE electric screwdriver,
then the assembled socket is rotated and placed on the unloading belt
